The 2010 Ann Arbor Ultimate Spring Bonanza 

Are you tired of being cooped up this winter and ready to play some Ultimate?  To kick off the start of another year of outdoor Ultimate, the Ann Arbor Ultimate Spring Bonanza will make its inaugural appearance on March 20 at the lush fields of Fuller Park in Ann Arbor.  Our kickoff will start at 12 pm, we will have on-field clinics from 12-2 at one of the two fields.  Feel free to attend if you would like to be introduced to the game, or learn tips on improving your play if you do have some experience already.  Don't be afraid if this is your first time playing; we will help you learn and have fun at the same time in a no-stress situation.  At the same time of the clinics, there will be opportunity to play pickup on one of the nice fields at Fuller.  After the clinic is over, we will open that field up and have two pickup games going on until 5 pm.

Invite your friends, even people who have never heard of Ultimate!  Free discs will be awarded to whomever brings the most new players.  And once people are hooked, they will be able to sign up on location for the upcoming Ann Arbor Ultimate Spring leagues starting in April.

Afterwards there will be a party from 5 to 7 pm at the nearby Island Pavillion.  To help us know how much food and drinks to buy, please sign up for the Spring Bonanza online using our normal methods, like you do for all of our leagues.

We'll be following the "Greener Postgame" recommendations outlined here, in an effort to reduce garbage. So remember to bring your own utensils, etc., for the party.
