Welcome to Spring League 2011Ann Arbor Ultimate is very excited to present Spring League 2011. Spring charity hat tournament DivisionThe 2011 Ann Arbor Ultimate Spring Charity Hat Tournament will take place Saturday May 28 at Lillie Park in Pittsfield Township, just south of I-94 on Platt Rd. Games will start at 10:00am and will go until about 4pm. This is a coed tournament with 3 or 4 games; a party with food and drinks will occur afterwards in the gazebo near the fields. Please sign up online at our website; the cost is $10 via PayPal and $15 via check. Registration will also be available before the games start, but please register online if you can. This will help us order enough food and drinks for the party. All proceeds will go to the designated 2011 charity, The Stewardship Network(http://www.stewardshipnetwork.org). Additional details on the Stewardship Network are available in the Detailed Info section. This will be another of our "green" tournaments, so we will expect everyone to bring his or her own plates (Frisbees make great ones) and cups for beer or pop (your normal water bottle is great for this). If you have camping utensils, please bring those as well. The goal is to generate the least amount of garbage possible! We will have a raffle also, and you will get extra tickets by biking, carpooling or taking public transportation to the hat tournament.
