Online Registration Instructions
  1. Choose Your Division(s). There are six divisions: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday mixed, Monday Party division, Monday Womens league, and Tuesday competitive. All nights are coed, except Monday's Womens league. Tuesday is competitive and team's are assigned by draft. Because of this, Tuesday registration must be individuals, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday groups can be as large as 4 people, and the Party night can sign up as individuals, or any sized groups (up to and including a full team).

  3. Fill out and submit Registration Part 1 (Player Information). This information enables us to assemble evenly-matched teams. This year, if you want to be on the same team with up to three other friends, you must include all the information for each person in the group, as well as pay for the entire group together. The maximum group size is four (except for party night which is unlimited, and competitive night which is individuals). Late entries are limited to single players only.

  4. Read the waiver/release. If you agree to the stated terms then click the "I Agree" button. This waiver must be agreed to by all members of the group.

  5. The Last Thing to do.. Pay us.

    If you register between 5/1 and 5/22 (all leagues except Womens)

    The entry fee this year is: $30 per player/per division if you pay online, $35 by check.

    If you register after 5/22 (all leagues except Womens)

    The entry fee this year is: $35 per player/per division if you pay online, $40 by check.

    If you register between 5/1 and 5/22 Womens league

    The entry fee this year is: $20 per player/per division if you pay online, $25 by check.

    If you register after 5/22 Womens league

    The entry fee this year is: $25 per player/per division if you pay online, $30 by check.

  6. The Last Last Thing. Waitlist- our system does not automatically stop accepting registrations when the night fills. We cap teams at 16/team to ensure fair play time. So if you register, and the night has already filled, you may find yourself on the waitlist instead. We will notify you by email before long if this happens.

    NOTE:We are only accepting payment via paypal for the waitlist. If you don't end up on a team, you will be refunded by paypal.

IMPORTANT: If you don't get an email from us acknowledging receipt of your registration, then there was a problem with the registration. Please make sure you complete all three steps. You are done when you see a screen saying "Registration Complete". If you are unable to get to the Registration Complete page OR don't receive an email verifying your registration, email us so we can solve the problem.

Note: if you are typing in the code number, you can't just press Enter to load the page. For some reason, the browser (well, Netscape at least) defaults to the New button rather than Load, so you have to actually press Load.
