BID PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE.

1. If you are interested in a bid, please email the following info to Pat Reed:
  • Your team name
  • Your team contact name
  • Where your team is from
  • Your email
  • Your phone number
  • A BRIEF description of history of team and/or team bio.
  • Your team's probability to attend at the party.

    2. Then to complete your bid package, please mail a check made out to Patrick E. Reed to:

    Any teams that complete a bid package and don't make it in will ofcourse be fully refunded.
